One of the special things about diving with Aquastars, is that the boat is yours. If you can gather a group of 10-20 divers for your trip, we will design the itinerary with you in mind.
Whether you like exploring and researching the wrecks of the Red Sea, ticking off nudibranches from your Spotter’s Guide, cruising the edge of the blue looking out for sharks and large pelagics, or want to spend the whole week playing with dolphins, we can plan the week around you. Let us know what you’d like to see and do. If you know where you would like to go, tell us and we’ll make a plan together for your seven days at sea.
Some sample routes are outlined below but your trip will always be tailored to your desires. Northern Safaris embark and disembark from Hurghada. Southern Safaris are from either Port Ghaleb or Marsa Alam but we can arrange transfers from Hurghada.

Northern Wrecks
The Red Sea Northern Wrecks is perhaps the most well known of all Liveaboard Safari Routes.
Your week on board could take in sites including the Ghianis D, Chrisoula K and Carnatic at Abu Nuhas, then north to the world famous Thistlegorm and Rosalie Muller.
Closer to Hurghada, we could also visit the more recent wreck of a passenger ferry, the Salem Express.
With wrecks from across the years, all now home to a plethora of marine life, this is a week full of history with plenty to explore.
Southern Reefs
Hurghada and the South have reefs of all shapes and sizes, teeming with marine life for you to enjoy, photograph and explore.
We will visit the stunning, local reefs of the Giftun Islands, the world famous Brothers and the pristine corals of Elphinstone Reef, off Marsa Alam.
With everything from small, colourful reef fish such as clownfish (Nemos) and anthias to tuna, manta rays, turtles and huge Napoleon Wrasse and even the occasional shark, your ID book will definitely be full by the end of the week on our Southern Reefs route.
Deep South
Your Deep South trip will take you to Daedalus, drifting over hard corals, sea fans and cleaning stations, but must people come here for sharks. You can spot Oceanic Whitetips, schooling Hammerheads and Grey Reef Sharks.
We also visit the island of Rocky, pushing up from the depths with steep walls and overhangs. The coral gardens, caverns, tunnels and swim-throughs of St Johns, provide fantastic photo opportunities.
A Deep South itinerary mixes up deep blue views, dolphin and shark encounters with every type of reef fish swarming in and out of the vibrant, colourful reefs.
